Sessions

Hatha Yoga
Gentle group Hatha Yoga sessions suitable for all levels, including beginners, young adults, and seniors. Children and teenagers are also welcome in their own age-appropriate groups.
Through mindful preparation, we explore yoga postures safely and gradually, supported by breathwork to release tension, improve body awareness, and cultivate relaxation, harmony, and overall well-being..

YogaNidra
Yoga Nidra sessions begin with gentle Hatha Yoga techniques to prepare the body and mind for deep relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that supports profound rest and helps calm the nervous system, release physical and mental tension, and promote a sense of inner balance.
This practice is traditionally developed gradually over time, moving from shorter to longer guided sessions with regular practice.
These sessions are suitable for adults only and are not recommended for individuals experiencing acute or severe mental health conditions, unless advised otherwise by a qualified healthcare professional.

Reiki
Reiki sessions are offered to adults only. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy-based relaxation practice that may support relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of emotional balance and inner calm.
It is a complementary wellbeing practice and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
Reiki does not involve diagnosis or medical intervention, and no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for their own health decisions and are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
You are warmly invited to join a session.
The first session of Hatha Yoga is offered free of charge
so you can experience the practice and see if it feels right for you.
